Here is the exact quote:

"The Company expects to immediately begin operations with this contractor producing hundreds of kilograms of spider silk..."

Anyone can see that they "expect" to "begin". KBLB has been "expecting" a myriad of things for 12+ years, yet the share price has basically gone nowhere during that entire time. I wonder why? Could it be because they haven't delivered on anything of significance?
