I still stick by what I have said in the past. An SEC investigation is never a good thing. How Jim and company let it get to this point is still concerning. We have to acknowledge that the future of this company could hinge on SEC findings. I doubt the SEC will give an "all clear" signal. They rarely do.
Having said that.... IF the govt. contracts are legitimate, and the income from them can be proven, then long term we should be alright. I would go as far to say that we are extremely undervalued if AFs are strong.
It could get a bit messy in the short term depending on how this plays out. After that, future PPS will depend on leadership. How we move on from here will determine if the SEC suspension continues to haunt us.
