Ok. Your point is?....... Capital could have been obtained via the new shares, right? Your statement seems to eliminate that possibility and is predicated on the notion that the shares were just issued to be bartered off for whatever is needed. In the end we don't know exactly what the purpose of the shares is/was do we? If you have info regarding specifics to the new shares and their ultimate purpose, I'm sure everyone here is all ears.
