This deal is a disastrous financing deal because it essentially caps the stock price at 0.50$ & then at 0.65$ & it doesn’t have anti-diluting measures. No sane investor in his/her right state of mind will ever pay more than 0.65$ for this stock & that’s why even though there are plenty stock available at 0.55$, there are absolutely no buyers for it. The broker-dealers & market-makers are having a field day with this stock especially CDEL is having unlimited supply of stock for fire sale at 0.55$ & still there are no buyers. Wall Street is neither interested in knowing such disastrous financing deals nor they give rats ass to whether or not you are selling your product in other countries (especially China). Wall Street never ever believed anything that’s coming out of China & finally it’s being proven also that SMI is a total fraud. The only thing that matters now is when are you going to start US clinical trials. You got IRB approval way back in July. You got your funding also so what in the world is taking you so long to start US clinical trials?!
