Yeah, i saw the 8k from last year had the .01 so did the Q, but none of the Q's from 2022 have the $.01 any longer, so it is a concern for me. A you know things in the OTC aren't always the way we perceive them to be in filings. What is do know is Kirkland will 100% get his $$ and then some regardless how we think the wording is written. So yes the math is simple if the 100 shares at .01 are in play. I agree on the law as well! This is key to everything imo. No one, including Remo would be eager for this merger to go through with this level of unknown still hanging over the heads of $BYOC. Folks wondering why the ticker change is taking so long should know it has been postponed for several reasons, one imo the completion of this lawsuit, two if that gets done, i believe we'll see the merger, then the filing on the new ticker! It will be a domino effect if the first one takes place. Fingers crossed by everyone. $BYOC
