Completely agree Shotsky. As a Chief Audit Exec. for fortune 400 companies who performed DD for 100's of acquisitions over 40 years, not one time did we communicate to SH's or the public the progress of the acquisition until the acquisition was completed or scrapped. The only people we informed progress status to was the Parent company period. The tweeting NSAV does of acquisition status is amateurish at best and since I've been as a SH here misleading , ie, pumping.
