we are not talking heavy dump here. a mere 400K is not really much.
Anyhow, the problem is/was that TOM has a huge chunk. I spoke to Tom about this and his basic answer was he has all he got invested, all his experience and was a big gamble for him. He can take it and deserves it.
His ultimate plan is to have all his shares and declare a divvy so he can live very nicely off it.
I agree, we put up .06 a share and that's all. He's put in his own seed money all his time and his lifetime experience.
