The last two PR’d acquisitions of MingZhu Logistics
were CHEYI NETWORK - Dec 29, 2021 -
and YINHUA (BVI) LIMITED - March 14, 2022.


MingZhu Logistics paid in shares and cash
$ 29, 466,032 for CHEYI NETWORK and
$ 18, 302,500 for YINHUA (BVI) LIMITED.


In the PRs MingZhu Logistics is speculating
a $ 3, 000,000 “ Net Income “ for CHEYI and
a $ 1, 300,000 “ Net Income “ for YINHUA.


Since YINHUA is its latest PR’d acquisition this
could be the Company to merge into KAST.
