This definitely looks like a precursor to me. They are about to drop something big and want to be able to capitalize on the impending volume and price. Obviously, requesting anything now would not make sense. Isiah is definitely not going to do anything that would kill his own 3 million-dollar investment here.
I have to look into Buffalo, haven't got there yet, outside of just looking at the prior company briefly.
