Just the government prosecutor, Mr. Getter (sp?), Foley's lawyer Mr. Sannan (sp?) and the judge.
There were only two things to discuss, both of them clearly minor snags they needed to clear up. One was a typo in the indictment, which I gather is called a Scrivener's Error, because lawyer-types need archaic language to describe ordinary things. Some other issues related to the indictment referring to various entities as Company A through Z, corrupt stock promoters L through Q, etc., etc., and the concern that it feels like a game of connect-the-dots, so please do what you can to make that as digestible as possible for the jury.
Then there was some sort of issue about Lisa testifying and what the parameters of that would be, and where the limits of spousal privilege do and don't apply, but they didn't settle these today, just said they'd resolve them to everyone's satisfaction closer to the trial date.
