You look at todays big move happening after a set of higher lows and chart turn then on fed making positive comment and right before Biden speech at 1:30…. Seems to me they are still trying to push the boat in a direction … or play a game of having there cake and eating it too .. I don’t think anyone believes new highs coming by November though
