It is easy to be negative on the OTC as 98 percent of all companies are crap. The hard part is finding the two percent. Patience and buy low is the way to go. I live in South Florida and they have a store in Doral and that store does very well. Mr. Pineda owns 80 percent of the shares and Cooley owns 20 percent. Mr. Pineda is the controlling shareholder. Cooley has a small role. We all know Cooley, but we do not know Mr. Pineda. He built this business over many years. We need to give him the time to lay out his plan.
