The most important thing for stocks in OTC land is financials and company has enough funding for operation as well as expansion. We got both revenue and a lot of profit (which is very rare in OTC) that we do not have to go to vultures to get funding for continue operations. This is a big plus here.
Secondly once Form 10 release to SEC we will be in different world. According to CEO major banks are at the front door but they wanna see Form 10 filed first. With this in our back we should get favorable funding compare to vultures and may result in increasing value to shareholders as well as make the room for business expansion. Lets get the Form 10 done asap.
99.99% of the OTC companies wish they were in our shoes. Lets not drop the shoe.
