You may have hit upon the answer. For instance, the "sanitary engineer" charged with emptying the onsite Mexus privies could conceivably be called a mining engineer since he was working at a mining site. Ergo, a sanitary engineer working for Raytheon could be an "aerospace engineer" . Then no technical reports due, no need for basic understanding of English, no need for Bernoulli's theorem, everything then falls into place and makes sense.
