Ugh, yikes, a reverse split is not necessary if the company brings in value with future 8Ks. Look at Apple on NASDAQ, over 16 billion OS but it maintains a huge market cap because of it's value $$

Chen Ren could've bought a different shell but chose this one. He didn't do that for only his wine company making under $2 million per year. More 8Ks on the way and no reverse split.

why would management, who own the majority of the common shares want to diminish their own position? I don't think they have any intention of a reverse split and hurt themselves,,, LOL
