Unless you believe this is a one off summer (v say another five like it in next 10 years due to "warming overall") --- buy an airconditone - they are cheap and do not use a lot of electricity and are 110 or is it 115 AMP

Buy just 5,000 BTU if you want - but it is a night and day difference OR MORE
