Pretty vague situation imo. By design possibly. The .05 I’ll pass on that.

Dilution could be for buying toilet paper for the crapper for office, a coffee pot and coffee, hand sanitizer for bathroom, making of hand tools and buying of Mules to pack in and try and explore a part of that massive oil claim in kern with that 3D, they have touted for decade + . That stock price sure is a robust one indeed. Over priced imo - is it really worth anything at all? Why even have a public traded company - when it’s paltry in PPS, laden with debt, why even keep trading with its costs?

How can it be justified to trade at even .03? It’s ridiculous.IMO market is below .03... to justify acquiring.
