The Pasaca Capital deal was made public Feb 2 2021, signed Feb 1 2021 while it was agreed to January 26,2021.

The Stock price January 25, 2021 was 0..035 and on Feb 1 2021 it was 0.04 no where near this 0.12/share price cited.
