Very interesting, I do see the same guys connected to a SPAC called UTXO Acquisition Inc, not sure if it was abandoned or what happened there exactly as I don't think it ever traded. Perhaps they decided to go this route instead for a merger/acquisition, they certainly paid quite a lot of money for this.
Granted, I was not expecting a Chinese takeover but we'll see what they have in store here, looked pretty strong today, bids climbing and no selling.
