O/S reduced by 400 million first then its possible to reduce A/S by a billion!

we will have to see what happens but just working from those numbers, all things equal, If the AS was set to OS that would be "approximately 1B" reduction which is what he said. That would be 826M shares by itself. Then there is the cancelation of 400m and you have further reduction.
