Why should it be necessary for people to get together? What is this, 1950? Votes and shareholder meetings can be done online. I've never attended a shareholder meeting in person, only online. If there are shareholders in other parts of the world, they will have to make the necessary arrangements to attend, if they want to, even if it might be 3 AM in their time zone.
