He knows but does he care ? The reality is Nasrat has had nine years to make a difference and he hasn’t. Stock is 3.5 cents. Well below 50% from where Nasrat took over. I would be so embarrassed and would quit out of shame. That’s what I personally would do.

What Nasrat knows is that he gets a lot more shares at 3.5 cents then he was getting at 5 cents.
