Demo Man- Let's hold off on the pay raises and nobel prizes until the financing comes in. Many here have been waiting for over 4 yrs. (note*** the shareholders who like to remind everyone that if you haven't been a shareholder for 10 years, then you shouldn't be complaining, are the same group that sometimes also reminds us that it can take a mine 10 yrs. on average- to be ready to break ground!) - Sooooo, by employing simple logic, nobody should have reasonably expected to reach the 'promised land' (i.e., financing completed) before the first FS study was completed in 2017, the early investors got in early to get shares much cheaper, as the financing was years away...... they did not expect to get financing for many years.
Conversely, with the completion of the FS in 2017, shareholders have been very hopeful about the financing and past PR's (post early FS) indicated that Financing could be around the corner..... Shareholders have demonstrated an almost super-human level of patience in our expectations 'tempering' and recalibrating for a few years now, and while this time around it looks quite promising for the actual financing to happen, i think we all need to give ourselves HUGE KUDOs and PROPs for our patience and 'trust in the process'... Yes, we do have trust in our management team, and we as shareholders have been a very loyal and patient group.... of that, there is no doubt!!
BUT, here we are 4+ yrs. later (since the initial 2017 FS release) and still waiting for financing......Soooo, let's not hand out the trophies and ribbons just yet..... Let's let the skipper and crew bring the ship into harbor safely, then we can pop champagne corks and give awards to the team.
And NO, Demo- I don't think the idea of - " If it takes 3 more years so be it!- will fly anymore.... :) We've come too far......
