When the float used to be 9B i believed in a max range of .03 but he I saw the dilution pattern over 1 year I saw that it will never happen.

With the money of the shares he diluted the debt should be 0 and the cash flow positive over 2021. But that is not what we see, and if the OS does not change this coming update we know for sure that the Billions of shares converted are being manipulated since nobody announced 5% over ownership. Its a shit show.
