Obviously a lot of thought went into generating those questions. Somewhat encouraging, but depends how the answers are used. If genuine, without any ulterior motive, could be good for us.

Love #17: "Do you believe government officials generally try their best to serve the public interest?"

Most, however, have been duped in this area, IMO.

This ought to narrow down the eligible.
Not sure anyone I know at all, could ever be on that jury.

More navy sealed docs! The law requires that the director of FHFA be chosen among citizens that have

demonstrated understanding of financial management or oversight, and have a demonstrated understanding of capital markets, including the mortgage securities markets and housing finance.

The same occurs with a Deputy Director.
The idea that a court or a jury will resolve the Conservatorship of private corporations, is illegal. Boom!
We have had two judges stating that the conservator's power of retoring FnF to a sound condition (soundness) is achieved just with the return to profitability "despite that later the money is transferred to the UST's coffers.", when it's RETAINED Earnings (recapitalization)
Judge Sweeney and Justice Alito, omitting "authorized by this section" to ok the NWS because now they read only "take any action". An omission to fit the conspirators' narrative, because that's an INCIDENTAL POWER and the conservator's POWER mentioned before doesn't authorize it. The word "may" in "may put FnF in a sound condition", is related to activities that prompt losses like selling loans at a loss, etc, not an authorization to opt out in his duty to Recap FnF and directly take their profits away.
This will be resolved administratively along with the payment of a compensation for moral damages.

The corrupt plaintiffs say: "Hi Ron!"
