It’s right in BioAmber’s own filings that Mitsui sold their shares back to BioAmber for $1 and then BioAmber owned 100% of the shares

Y’know, if you scroll on down that page, you can see the individual transactions that were filed in Edgar for those insider/beneficial owner trades. You can also click on the names and the data for that owner comes up. Not sure what the point is, since the transactions are very old, there are no insiders anymore, and the beneficial owners were no longer after the company diluted the stock and their holdings dropped to less than 5-10% and they were no longer required to file anything (ie - that information is no longer current).
Glad I could clear that up. Have a great weekend shooting for the breakout boards.
