Thanks RTBhub! You worded it correctly. We must admit the way the wording is on the S-3 is misleading and those that are not part of the accredited investors just made incorrect assumptions.

When they full well know the future of leronlimab is skyward, and what is about to happen as the company continues to make progress, naturally any S-3 wants their hands untied. Selling a few on the way up after a partnership in one indication will be what they do. The mad rush to own shares will smoke any profit taking. So tell me, how has he NOT represented that he intends to sell the shares?
