I’m embarrassed for every employee at that company.



Why be embarrassed for honest people working in a growing and profitable company? As is true in most companies, the workers generally get paid in cash, not shares. So they are pleased to be part of a growing and profitable company, as it portends future continuity of employment. Nothing to be but happy for them!
