It looks like there is still an active offering based on the following:

- offering file number 024-11526: filed June 10th in 1-A POS filing, qualified June 24th, then terminated via 1-Z filing August 19th.

- offering file number 024-11928: 1-A filing July 6th, no file number noted, but qualified this filing number on August 30th.

The newly qualified offering is not the same one that was terminated.

Stock is looking great, but it needs to move under it's own merit, and not have unnecessary panic created later on due to there being an active offering.
