2) THE NASDAQ does not allow CE TRASH to ever ever ever ever move to their LISTED STOCK PLATFORM w/o an EXTENSIVE "seasoning" period - whereby they'd need to be PERFECT ON-TIME IMMACULATE "SEC FILERS" for probably TWO YEARS MINIMUM before the NASDAQ would even answer a phone call from them, let alone entertain their ramblings and musings

3) THE NASDAQ will not EVER allow a Sr Company Officer with FELONY FINANCIAL CRIMES IN THEIR BACKGROUND to serve in ANY capacity on a listed company - let alone as a ONE MAN CEO clown show straight out of OTC-ville, NOPER !!

4) The NASDAQ is NEVER going to touch a scam out of the crime haven TRNC that just ran a CRYPTO FRAUD FAKE "ICO" which the SEC 100% knows about - on top of a fake oil tanker business + a fake theme park scam + a fake "world headquarters" they DO NOT own and for which the "explanation" in their alternative filings is pure brain salad fried in scrambled ramble stew + a fake fishing fleet + a fake airline SCAM + a fake pharma scam + a fake nursing home scam + a fake GRANDEX payday loan scam leading to their bust and CEO arrest + about 20 "other" vanished FAKE subsidiaries and scrubbed websites - ALL of which the SEC ""has in their possession" with Wayback machines to every fake "business subsidiary" scam that never existed and more crimes.....
