The components to determine or exclude shorting/manipulation are NOT UNKNOWN, they are in plain sight for those that know what they're doing

The real problem is absorbing information from google searches and wiki cannot replace a professionals know-how and experience. Therein lies the very significant issue with this analysis

So the process of elimination being referred to does not lead to an accurate conclusion because its analysis has not been conducted by a qualified, well equipped and schooled professional
