the news blip on my L2 only says Kona is offering warrants and seeking up listing to Nasdaq. Filing prospectus is exactly what the name says. As far as I can read in all that mumbo jumbo They are going to offer warrants to whom ever. If successful they will restructure and apply for nasdaq listing. If this all comes together and or is acceptable to nasdaq, they will proceed with program,issue warrants, reverse split to whatever extent to upgrade to higher level. But so far this prospective is in limbo.
