Hey zombie I haven't spoken to etrade abount the requirements but when I put up a sell order on a stock, I have the opportunity to sell short.

Take a look at the State of DE SOS site and look up RSAMMD Acquisitions and note it was a new shell set up in January. And note that it is not RSAMMD. And the only asset it owns are 150,000 preferred shares of another worthless company called $TXTM.
