Art is not named in this and if you look at the dates, he came on board with Carnegie AFTER the infractions occurred. If he was involved he would have been named as such by the SEC.
Thanks for bringing this up though, shows Art does indeed have experience coming into a mess and being asked to help clean it up. We all know that PCT has had it's own messes and Art has done plenty to clean it up over the past year.
This is unreal. Nice find dade! Keep up the good work. One has to wonder if All In Art lent them the money to keep the lights on before they got Revoked? This pos scam should have been revoked long ago. Maybe the “all cash” check bounced for the Koolaide stand business that they “bought” and that’s why it’s not in the filings.
