According to their press releases, HDUP has not acquired Spinola, even as of thus month (August, 2022)

According to thier filings, HDUP "loaned" Spinola $800k in May, 2021, as convertible debt to be applied towards the consummation of an acquisition.

May 2021 is more than 1 year in the past.

HDUP announced the 1-year spinola loan had been extended.

I suggest that true DD starts with reading filed disclosures.

If you in fact have proof that HDUP actually acquired Spinola before May, 2022, that would be extraordinary news. We would all love to know what DD confirms this happened.

? Huh I just did a lot of DD and it appears it took less than a year to complete it. Please post your DD supporting that statement
