I have got to give it to you jbb. You continue to be a very trusting soul... As for me, NOT.
Far too many times JK has provided exciting enticement to those faithful few who call, tweet or even have dinner with him... month, after month, after month. ALWAYS seemingly failing to make the reason for the excitement true.
Evidently, waiting for the tide to come in is not a problem for you, so each tid-bit you acquire is still considered valid while you wait for it to come true no matter how long it has been since it was given. You are a faithful diehard.
For me, I am just a JK fling. If I here 'soon', I used to get excited for a much shorter period than you do. Bim-bam-boom. Couple of days later, the excitement has passed, and I anger at just being used for JK's thrill. I have been 'prostituted' far too many times over the last two years to really get excited.
When I hear such talk now, I skip over the excitement part and enter the phase where I feel anger at just being used all over again.
