Foley had to report his living quarters to various agencies over the past several years as SOP. If the multiple court docs didn't give you that hint already.
My guess is those reports are accurate. Some of you are missing the friends and family connections - look back at past owners/tenants.
Maybe that one cat on here that keeps tabs on him personally can let us know what he's heard.
