No guessing required. manny and marv's actions speak louder than words, clearer than any guessing could ever be. They have scammed investors for many, many years. They don't even bother holding annual meetings or providing regular updates. Look thru the long list of p/r's on the mhtx website and see how almost every one was filled with "forward looking statements" that never quite panned out.
Look at what happened to all the cash from the Flynn technology spinoff. Look at all the consultants that were paid over the years. Then look at how much manny and marv have paid themselves as shareholders value was destroyed. Lock them up.
