If this is such a gift at .007 from.014 one would have to think that when it’s.00007 the gift would be twice as good. If it’s one’s goal to invest their money in a decreasing return PCTL has to be in the top 10 issues to accomplish this. PCTL offers one of the best ways for one to offset a gain in another investment.
It’s one of few companies that offer lower share prices weekly. With inflation rising this must be a good thing. Finally something going down in price.
