After the 1.5M shares distributed as payment to the Bored (sic) of Directors. Barry Davis has total holdings of 2.6 m shares, Casey Davis has 1.5M shares and Jeff Whitnell has 2.6 M shares.

I dare say that many here own more stock than any of the three cited members and many probably own more than the 6.7M owned cumulatively both them.

I sure the will be careful to address their fiduciary duties when NH asks them to vote on the proposed buyout of the Mikah position in Adderall.
