And the FOREVER LAWSUIT Of Listermann / Davis was supposedly going to be WON, yet on and on it goes, I doubt it’ll ever be settled, it certainly hasn’t been “WON”.

It’s fascinating that Listermann’s attorney has filed a Declaration for an ORDER Of CONTEMPT due to Mick and his attorney never filed answers to the interrogatories. Why Not, indeed? What is being Hidden?

Plus they didn't pay the sanctions issued by the court. <Tsk Tsk>
