And I agree with you that there seems to be many areas where $ALTD is hitting its stride. We've been in a quiet period with the S1 and uplisting so I imagine there is some additional stuff going on.
The partners in buying the property don't just evaluate the property but $ALTD's ability to pay and all of their business. When over $55 million is being put up, I'd say a lot of DD more detailed then what we can do is part of that.
