Yup, but you're probably ok with subsidies to agribusiness, the military industrial complex, the fossil fuel industry, ports, airports, PPP loan forgiveness, saving the auto industry, etc.

It's just them damn poors, how dare we give them any money. It's been shown that housing the homeless is less expensive than letting them remain on the street:

Well, lookee here, a guy claiming to be not racist tries to inject racism into the topic.

All poor citizens can get help. The thing is, it is independent of race, which apparently is outside your frame of understanding. Show us where Medi-cal has any rules about which race gets help, then you might not get held to your overt racism. You can't, because there isn't any, only in your racist head.
