First of all there is no 'team' here but rather a consensus for positions and arguments that use facts and evidence to back them up.

False equivalence, much used by the right, meets with deserved contempt here. There were no 'fine people' on the side that included..........

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unite_the_Right_rally

The Unite the Right rally was a white supremacist[5][6][7][8] rally that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, from August 11 to 12, 2017.[9][10][11] Marchers included members of the alt-right,[12] neo-Confederates,[13] neo-fascists,[14] white nationalists,[15] neo-Nazis,[16] Klansmen,[17] and far-right militias.[18]

Some groups chanted racist and antisemitic slogans and carried weapons, Nazi and neo-Nazi symbols, the Valknut, Confederate battle flags, Deus vult crosses, flags, and other symbols of various past and present anti-Semitic and anti-Islamic groups.[24]

Nor was the 1/6 insurrection 'legitimate political discourse'.

Only one side has tried to legitimize the riot as such.

And today only one side has a Trump supporter frothing about 'riots in the streets' if the course of law and due process indicts the shameless orange prick for his treasonous insurrection incitement and criminal withholding of documents in his careless possession.

So there is two sides to every argument. A kid walks into an elementary school and shoot up 19 children with an AR-15, please explain your side of that argument.

A women gets pregnant by her father raping her, happens all of the time, especially here in Tennessee, she is 12 years old, she must bring that child to birth. She is 12 years old.

A child goes to school and is told that the history of America needs to be cleaned up by conservatives, slavery might have happened for 250 years, and Jim Crow laws might of been place for 100 years but let us forget all of that and just concentrate on what America should be. An exceptional nation that has only done the right thing.

I could go on, but some of us have to get to work. I am 71, but I still work, and make money, and pay taxes, because taxes pay for America to provide all of the things in the constitution. Like education to all.

Education moves a country forward.

I guess that's all you can cling to when you try to justify Trump. Explain to me the two sides of keeping all those documents? Especially by someone who doesn't read. Explain to me the "stolen election" when any sentient person knows it's not true? Explain to me all those Republican politicians who state the same publicly?

or some tougher ones like explain to me the justification of the millions Hitler executed in his concentration camps? You're failing some basic understanding here in trying to say there are two sides to every argument. In some cases there are only the right side or the wrong side morally. The right side or the wrong side in the values that most Americans adhere too. The conservatives who come on progressive boards have little depth of character and it shows. Little depth of the historical context of the issues being discussed. Usually their racism and bigotry get exposed as they just can't hide those traits. I'd hate to go through life being so misinformed as they are about so many issues. However as they are Trump supporters they can't justify their support with sane arguments.

There are not two sides to lies. Lies are just lies.
