I know Synergy well. I’ve owned about all of their shell plays.
Once this one gets Pink Limited, I’m buying a boat load of snd sit on em a few years.

Any Legacy holders have any debt DD on this?
I assume Synergy bought the control block in a private transaction to get the shell. R/M plays have been killed by the Biden White House train wreck. Maybe after Nov’s election the R/M sector will change. Biden has killed confidence in America for a small business to go public.

This could be a killer shell if MMs don’t screw with the price when it gets current.
Synergy is excellent when giving shareholders updates.
