That's the issue with otc. It is not based solely on logic.
Often times hype and no one does diligence. When someone does, it's fake or trying to get cheap shares would be the common response. Usually i give it 3 quarters until definitive proof but it may be too late. Either Caveat or nothing happens by Q1 2023. Legitimate company would have things done by that timeframe.
otc is more hype and sentiment than anything. Quick in and out.
