I can tell you are a rank newbie to think you can flip this ticker for 3-4 ticks daily, especially with 20 million shares.

Unless something here changes, I feel sorry for anyone who has to unload 20 million shares of IGEN. It would take 2 weeks if you were willing to sell 2-4 ticks under the bid.
