$BMXI Bottom Line (Current Status):
1. All the financials and info that's available indicates the stock should be trading anywhere from $1.30 to $5 .......Current Book Value: .65.
2. There is a question about shares hitting the market from old conv debt, and the 1-A filing. It's unclear (at least to me) how many there are. There definitely has been some selling by somebody lately. Recent increases to the Outstanding are 4M on 8-23 and 1M on 8-27.
This doesn't seem that excessive, and with even moderate buying, those can be absorbed, and don't have that much of an effect on what the share price SHOULD be........north of $1.
The CEO has indicated that they do not want to sell shares down at this price level.
3. There's some question about the CEO's past history. It's mainly speculation and vague. There's no evidence of any criminal charges.
4. A shareholder conference call is scheduled for 9-6 (about a week from now).
Hopefully any and all questions will be answered then.
SO, the Bottom Line as I see it is that $BMXI remains EXTREMELY under valued at this time.
