Pay to play crime and the politicians are on the take. There’s no reformative possibility when DTCC board of directors are directly provided from Prime Brokers and other corrupt entities that want to maintain the status quo. The markets are far from fair and equitable and it’s time pension funds start to separate from the corrupt Street. 19 state attorney general’s hopefully file action soon against Blackrock and hopefully this kicks off the DOJ enforcement of rules that are already in place to prosecute such organized crime rings.
