I "know" Leo from his actions over the past several years. While you note that he is highly motivated, his actions have displayed a pattern of incompetence and a leadership role that has gutted the company of employees and has seen the stock price fall from almost $5 a share to .04. Positive motivation is a plus but if the team has poor players, motivation won't get you very far.
